At Hotel Adria di Rodi Garganico, your stay is completed by the tasting of typical, local “Garganici” and national dishes, prepared by the hotel restaurant’s qualified chefs.

What is better than waking up in the morning and admiring the sea, the Sun and enjoying a rich (both sweet and salty) breakfast buffet in the luminous hall.

• Biberoneria (baby bottle/feeding area). For your baby, Hotel Adria offers moms the baby-feeding corner where they can find everything necessary for preparing their baby’s food. Microwave oven, bottle warmer, high-chairs.
• For our youngest guests, our chef will daily prepare fresh vegetable and beef broth, plus, any mom wanting to make their child’s mealtime more special, may come into the restaurant early.

Hotel Adria offers a cuisine tied to local products such as olive oil, legumes, pasta, vegetables, fresh and dried fruit. Most important is our bread which is used in making many traditional dishes like bread and tomatoes and oil: il pan cotto con le vedure (bread cooked with vegetables).

With our flours, our matrons make the famous oricchiette, fusilli and troccoli pasta that we cook with vegetables, arugula, broccoli, legumes, meat and fish.

Fish is the main ingredient of dishes from Puglia: mullet, sea bass, mackerel, sea bream, eel, anchovies, shrimp, octopus, squid are the fish you will find on our table.

Our desserts: calzoncelli, taralli, cartellate, struffoli, ciambelle, all accompanied with red white and rosé wine from Gargano and Puglia.
