Reservations will be valid after payment of a deposit of 30% of total amount. The period booked must be paid in full, even in case of late arrival or early departure. In case of delayed arrival, the unit will be kept free until 24:00 on day of arrival, except customer communications. Otherwise, the management has the right to rent to others without any obligation to refund or compensation.
Check-in: the room or apartment, the day of arrival, is guaranteed starting from 17,00 (should they become ready first will be willingly made available). In the case of early arrivals from 17.00 are available all services (restaurant, beach service, parking and swimming pool)
Check-out: the room or apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am the day of departure.

The consumer who withdraws from the contract prior to departure will be charged, regardless of which advance payment Art. 4/1 second paragraph of the General Conditions of Contract, in addition to the individual cost of the insurance premium and management, the penalties listed below: • 10% of the fee up to 30 days before departure • 30% of the share participation from 29 to 18 working days before departure • 50% of the participation fee from 17 to 10 working days before departure • 75% of the price from 9 to 3 working days (excluding Saturday) before departure.
